Good to know

  • List the main items and roughly how many boxes — drivers quote from what you describe.
  • Set a pickup date; jobs with a clear date and time window get quotes faster.
  • Tick “Labour Required” if you want the driver to help load.
  • Your payment is held by KymaFlow until you confirm the delivery — or released automatically 48 hours after delivery if you haven’t raised an issue.
  • No truck hire, no fuel to fill, no favours owed.

Questions

Can I ride along with my things?

Drivers carry goods, not passengers. Plan to meet the driver at the drop-off address.

How far ahead should I post?

A few days ahead gives more drivers time to quote. Jobs whose pickup date passes without a booking expire, and you can post them again with a new date.

Is there anything drivers won’t move?

Yes — see the prohibited items list. Dangerous goods, for example, need a driver set up for them.
