    Verified drivers bid. Compare price, rating and completed jobs.
  3. Step 3
    Accept and pay
    Your payment is held by KymaFlow, not paid to the driver yet.
  4. Step 4
    Track and confirm
    Follow it live; confirm when it arrives and the driver is paid.

Good to know

  • Posting is free — you only pay when you accept a quote.
  • Add the seller’s address as the pickup and a photo of the item so drivers can quote accurately.
  • Tick “Labour Required” if the driver needs to help carry it.
  • Your payment is held by KymaFlow until you confirm the delivery — or released automatically 48 hours after delivery if you haven’t raised an issue.
  • Selling instead? Post the delivery yourself and offer your buyer door-to-door delivery.

Questions

Does the seller need a KymaFlow account?

No. Only the person posting the job needs an account. Give the driver the seller’s address and arrange a pickup time with the seller.

How much does a Marketplace pickup cost?

Drivers set their own quotes, from a platform minimum of NZ$15. Paying by card, the price you accept is the price you pay.

What if the item isn’t as described when the driver arrives?

That is between you and the seller — the driver is paid to move it, not to inspect it. Message the driver through the app before pickup if you want photos first.
